Rent is Payable in advance to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Payments made to secure your reservation (i.e. cleaning deposit, rent & tax) are non-refundable. However, owner reserves the right to grant a “rain check” when renter must cancel due to personal or weather emergency or has provided significant advance notice of the need to cancel. Owner will make such determination on a case-by-case basis. So, if you must cancel, notify us immediately.
